Anzencare Return & Refund Policy

At Anzencare, we take pride in delivering elderly care essentials with quality and reliability. Due to the nature of our products, most of which are personal-use hygiene items, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.


🔁 Returns

To protect the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
All sales are final once a box is delivered.


💸 Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item(s) were sent

  • The package was never received (and confirmed by courier)

If your case meets the above, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement item free of charge

  • Or issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Change of mind or accidental orders

  • Late requests made after the 5-day window

  • Subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the billing date


📦 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your next billing date.

Once a box has been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply from the following cycle.
