Currently, the boxes are pre-curated by our team, based on what most elderly users need regularly.
Custom boxes may be offered in the future.
💬 5. How much does it cost?
Prices start from RM 149 per month, depending on the plan you choose.
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime.
💬 6. How do I subscribe?
Just visit our Subscription Plans page, choose your box, and follow the checkout process.
We’ll take care of the rest every month.
💬 7. When will my box arrive?
We typically ship boxes during the first week of every month.
Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive theirs within 3–5 working days after shipping.
💬 8. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription from your account dashboard.
To avoid being charged for the next box, please cancel before your billing date.
💬 9. What if my box is damaged or something is missing?
We’re happy to help. Just email us at anzencare@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the box, and we’ll sort it out for you.
💬 10. Do you ship outside of Malaysia?
At the moment, we only deliver within Peninsular Malaysia.
East Malaysia & International shipping may be considered in the future.
