Subscription plans are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing via your selected payment method.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once a box has been shipped.
If there are issues with your box (damaged/missing items), please contact us within 5 days of delivery for resolution.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Boxes are typically shipped within the first week of each month.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location in Malaysia.
Anzencare is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions or incorrect delivery information.
6. Product Information
Products included in each box may vary month to month based on availability, seasonality, and customer preferences.
All products are selected with senior safety and usability in mind.
If a subscriber has allergies or sensitivities, please inform us during checkout or via email. However, we do not guarantee allergen-free items.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. Subscription fees are subject to change with prior notice.
